Our Team

Dr. Joe Dilley

My strengths-based approach to therapy means that we will spend time together talking not only about what has “gone wrong,” but making use of what is already “going right.”

In addition to conducting individual and couples/family therapy, I facilitate unique group therapy experiences, such as the Executive Skills Group (HS students) and the Life Transitions Group (young adults).

I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, and Gaming Disorder & Screentime Addiction across the lifespan. Inspired by my clients, I authored The Game Is Playing Your Kid: How to Unplug and Reconnect in the Digital Age, which guides parents through 3 simple steps to break the electronics addiction. Dr. Carrie Dilley

In striving to ensure that every individual knows they are heard and understood, I use a relational style that is strengths-based and empirically supported. My goal is for each client to feel seen and to gain understanding of how their experiences impact their perspective.

I am an expert in diagnosing and treating individuals who are neurodivergent, including those with Autism Spectrum, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity, Sensory Processing, Learning, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum, Motor, Behavioral, and Impulse Control Disorders. I also regularly support clients facing anxiety and depression. Although these labels may fit the experiences of many people, your story is its own narrative. I recognize that each client has a unique set of strengths and challenges, and that effective treatment must be personalized to facilitate true growth.
